Deputy Head of Turkey’s Izmir Chamber of Commerce voiced readiness for cooperation with Iran’s Kermanshah province in the petrochemical sector.

Cuneyt Golet said that he believes that Turkey-Iran trade exchanges could hit 30 billion dollars in a short period of time.

He said that Iran could act as a bridge for Turkey’s presence in Asian market, and Turkey is able to reopen European gate for Iran.

Golet said that the two countries can now continue their ties even easier than before, with lifting sanctions on Iran.

He noted that population of Iran and Turkey reaching 160 million could create a $500 billion market which should be used by the two countries.
