Head of Tehran Chamber of Commerce Masoud Khansari said on Tuesday that 500 truck-loads of Iranian food products and fruits were exported to Russia over the past week.
The Ministry of Agricultural Jihad has proved that it is working with the private sector to clear hurdles before expansion of relations with Russia, Khansari told IRNA.
He said that the Iranian products were exported to Russia through Azerbaijan.
‘It seems that the first shipment of Iranian dairy and animal products will be exported to Russia by the end of January,’ the official said.
