Deputy Foreign Minister for Euro-American Affairs Majid Takht-e-Ravanchi enumerating Iran’s economic advantages in terms of human resources and geographical capacity said that a large number of economic delegations have travelled to Iran to see for themselves attractions of Iranian market for investment.
He made the remarks in a meeting with Czech Republic Economic and Trade Minister Jan Mladek.
Ravanchi added that trade volume between the two countries is lower than their existing technical and financial capacities.
He expressed hope that considering Iran’s legal facilities for foreign investment, the Czech side would takes advantage of the situation.
Mladek referring to his upcoming visit to Tehran and opening of a Czech trade bureau in the country expressed hope that this would prepare the ground for more contacts between businessmen of the two countries.
Ravanchi also attended a meeting of Iran-Czech joint chamber of commerce where he emphasized Iran’s suitable situations after implementation of JCPOA for industrial cooperation between the two countries.
Referring to Iran’s plans to implement energy, railway, medical and industrial projects, Ravanchi called on the Czech side to offering insurance and banking support for presence of Czech businessmen in Iran.
A large economic delegation led by Czech minister of Industry is expected to visit Iran by the end of December.
