Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mahmoud Vaezi said on Friday that Iran-Russia investment guarantee document will be signed during the upcoming visit of President Putin to Tehran.
He made the remarks during 12th meeting of joint economic commission in Moscow.
Vaezi said that during the upcoming visit of Vladimir Putin to Tehran investment guarantee contract between the two countries will be signed.
Meanwhile, Kremlin spokesperson announced on Friday that it is possible that President Putin would attend meeting of gas exporting countries forum in Tehran on November 23.
During his 3-day stay in Russia, Vaezi signed MoUs and agreements which are estimated to be between 30 to 40 billion dollars worth.
Iranian and Russian chairpersons of the joint economic commission also signed cooperation documents in the different fields of energy, banking and marine industry.
Vaezi met with First Deputy Prime Minister of Russian Federation Igor Ivanovich Shuvalov, Governor of Central Bank Ms. Elvira Nabiullina, Healthcare Minister Ms. Veronika Skvortsova and Finance Minister of Russian Federation Anton Siluanov and discussed ways to expand cooperation in different fields.
