The economic attaché of Iran’s Embassy in Ankara Ali-Reza Jabbari said on Wednesday that Iranian gas exports go on regularly.

Talking to IRNA, Jabbari ruled out media allegation that the gas export to Turkey was disrupted.
He said that no cut-off happened in supplying gas to Turkey. He ruled out the allegation that Iran stopped gas supply to Turkey over the dispute about Syria.
He said that in fact, on Monday afternoon, due to technical failure on part of Turkey, the Turkish side failed to take delivery of 30 million cubic meters gas from the Iranian gas pipeline on due time.
However, the Turkish party solved the technical problem yesterday, he added.
The Iranian envoy said he was in contact with the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, adding that Turkey’s state-owned gas importer Botas is to issue a statement on the issue.
He said that Turkish media raised baseless allegation about the issue.
Newspaper Habertürk of Turkey quoted Turkish media on Wednesday as writing in bold letters about cut-off of Iran’s exported gas to Turkey, saying that at a time when the country waited for a solution to the problem in export of Russian gas to the country, Iran cut its gas exports to Turkey.
The daily alleged that Iran halved gas exports to Turkey, which was to be 30 million cubic meters a day.
Jabbari dismissed baseless claim of the Turkish media as untrue.
