The 12th Kish Energy Exhibition (ENEX 2016) opened here on Monday as motherland Iran is gearing to embrace lifting of sanctions which will pave the way for participation of international firms in Iran’s energy sector.
The four-day event participated by 195 domestic and foreign companies has put on display the latest investment opportunities and capacities as well as achievements by manufacturers and producers of oil, gas, petrochemical, water, electric, and new energies.
Acting Minister of Petroleum Kazem Vaziri Hamaneh inaugurated the event.
The 35 foreign firms come from Italy, China, Pakistan, Turkey, the Netherlands, India, South Korea, Taiwan, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, France, Austria, the UAE, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Australia, Russia, UK, Japan, Portugal, Canada, Kuwait, and Switzerland.
