Polish Ambassador to Tehran Juliusz Gojlo on Sunday called for expansion of economic and trade cooperation with Iran.
He made the remarks in a meeting between Polish economic and trade delegation with Alborz province Chamber of Commerce.
Gojlo said that Poland has economic capabilities, especially in the field of small and medium industries.
Directors of such industrial units have come to Iran to develop cooperation with Alborz province private sector on industrial, trade and commercial fields.
He said that if the two countries have enough acquaintances with capabilities and needs of one another they would utilize capabilities to advance economic development.
A member of Polish delegation said that setting up direct flight between Tehran and Warsaw would help facilitate trade between the two countries.
In the meantime, Iranian and Poland’s Chambers of Commerce signed an agreement on bilateral cooperation at the end of the meeting.
