The three-day Russian national industrial fair kicked off at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground Monday morning.
According to dispatches, the fair dubbed as the ‘Trade and Industrial Dialogue: Russia and Iran’ will be held from 21st to 23rd of December, 2015.
The Russian delegation will be led by Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. Business-mission of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is aimed to accelerate business cooperation between industrial companies of both countries.
The industrial fair is considered as one of the priority platforms for the development and strengthening of trade and economic cooperation between business circles of Russia and Iran.
Russia is keen to discuss potential collaboration in such industries as aviation, shipbuilding, energy, agricultural and transport machine building, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals and others, Russian Minister of Trade and Industry Denis Maturov said.
Russian delegation to Iran comprises of more than 100 top-managers of large and medium-sized companies such as United Aircraft Company, United Engine Corporation (Rostec), GAZ Group, UralVagonZavod, RT-Chemcomposite (Rostec), TransMashHolding, Almaz-Antey, Sollers (UAZ), RostSelMash, Russian Helicopters (Rostec), Uralkali and the others.
The business program of the event will cover following activities: Exhibition of latest Russian technology – over 4,000 sq. m. of exhibition area of Russian companies; production and technology development of leading Russian industrial companies, working samples of Russian industrial machinery, including machine- and engine building, automobile, transport, aircraft, agricultural and other products; renowned aircrafts SukhoiSuperJet 100 and SukhoiSuperJet 100 Business Jets will be showcased at the exhibition as well as the newest composite technologies, railroad carriages, civil radars, combine harvesters, industrial loaders, electrical and lighting equipment, and automobiles – over 40 exhibits.
