Iran Khodro and Peugeot joint venture company named ‘IKAP’ kicked off its work in presence of Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh and after introducing Board of Directors .

They finalized 17 subsidiary contracts in line with the cooperation protocol.
The founding members of IKAP convened and the procedure for operation of the new company was signed by Managing Director of Iran Khodro Hashem Yekke-Zare and Deputy Managing Director of Peugeot-Citroen Company Jean-Christophe Quemard.
They signed 17 subsidiary contracts in line with the cooperation protocol between the two carmakers.
They finalized and the process to register the company will begin from Wednesday.
Morad Majlisi has already been appointed as managing director of new company ‘IKAP’.
Preliminaries of the new contract for cooperation between industrial groups of Iran Khodro and Peugeot of France were signed by directors of both companies during visit of President Hassan Rouhani to Paris last February and since then necessary measures were adopted to enforce the contract.

Deputy Head of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Isfahan province for investment and planning Hamid Amini said on Monday that investment opportunity in tourism had been introduced to more than 20 foreign investors.

He said that foreign investors got acquainted with provincial capabilities and the capacities in tourism industry.
Amini added that the group of investors were from France, China, Spain, Germany and Iraq.
The province also has natural attractions like green mountainous area and desert (kavir) for tourists.
There are 90 hotels and 65 hostels in the province.
Director General of the organization Fereydoun Allahyari already said that 30 percent growth has been registered for the foreign tourists visiting Isfahan in May.
Isfahan tourism industry has made major growth since three years ago.
In the Iranian year of 1392, the number of foreign tourists visited the province increased from 110,000 to 180,000 and in year 1393 to 250,000.
The figure rose up in the year of 1394 to more than 250,000.

Eight foreign companies, along with Iranian companies, are seeking to contribute in Iran’s liquefied natural gas projects, senior official at the National Iranian Gas Exports Company says.

Alireza Kameli, Managing Director of NIGEC said on Sunday that negotiations are underway between his company and eight companies specialized in LNG projects.

The National Iranian Gas Exports Company is waiting for a decision on the issue by the minister of petroleum to enter possible deals, Kameli said.

Iran plans to revive its massive liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects which have been suspended under intensified western-imposed sanctions.

Iran had already entered deals with the Anglo-Dutch Royal Dutch Shell, Spain’s Repsol and France’s Total to build three LNG plants but they abandoned the projects in 2010 under US and European pressures.

The NIGEC director, answering a question on Iran-Turkey dispute over gas prices, Kameli said that Iran has referred the case to the International Court of Justice and is waiting for the court’s decision.

Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak announced that the worth of economic exchange between Russia and Iran has witnessed 69 percent increase during the first half of the current year compared with that of 2015.

During his talks with members of the Iranian delegation here, Novak said the increase became possible with the implementation of mutual agreements.

The talks were held in Moscow Friday evening on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on June 16-17-18.

Russia and Iran had increase in their trade exchange, while Moscow witnessed decrease in its economic ties with some countries even with China during the mentioned period, Novak said.

For his part, Iran’s Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh who led the Iranian delegation in Moscow said Tehran welcomes all-out ties with Moscow.

He then called for further growth in bilateral relations.

Iran and Russia are planned to touch the ten-billion-dollar worth of exchange in near future.

The three-day Silk Road meeting with an aim to expand economic cooperation among countries lying on the road is underway in China.

City of Bologna, the provincial capital of Emilia-Romagna Region, on Friday hosted a conference on Friday on joint trade and investment ventures between Iran and the Emilia-Romagna Region.

Presented at the economic event were more than 200 Italian entrepreneurs and businessmen and other economic elites from the region as well as Iran’s Ambassador to Rome Jahanbakhsh Mozaffari.

During the conference, Gino Cocchi Director of the international affairs of Emilia Romagna Industrial committee underlined the importance of enhancing ties with Iran.

He predicted that Italy’s exports to Iran will increase to reach three billion euros in the next four years.

The Iranian ambassador to Rome for his part said that despite all the problems, the Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action is being implemented and following the nuclear deal, all the obstacles on Tehran’s way to establish ties with the world and especially the west, have been removed.

The present situation is irreversible, Mozaffari said.

The interest of the Italian investors for furthering cooperation with Iran shows that enemies have failed to prevent the execution of the JCPOA, Mozaffari said.

Iranian and Russian officials on Friday discussed economic and industrial opportunities in Iran, a big global market in the world.

The officials along with senior international economic experts and investors held the discussions on the sidelines of a panel on ‘Post-sanction Iran’, held on the margins of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2016.
Iran’s Minister of Industries, Mines and Trade Mohammad-Reza Nematzadeh, representing Iran in the Forum, told the audience that there are ample grounds for activity of foreign investors and industry owners in Iran.

Iranian and Russian industry minister conferred on bilateral ties on the sidelines of St. Petersburg meeting on Thursday.

Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh and Alexander Novak discussed the expediting the enhancement of mutual cooperation in the economic, commercial, industrial and energy fields in St. Petersburg.

They also reviewed implementation of the agreements reached between the two countries valued at over 40 billion euros.

In early April, Sanayee voiced his satisfaction in the ongoing trend of mutual cooperation between Iran and Russia.

‘A bright future is waiting for the two countries’ relations in the upcoming weeks,’ Sanayee said, addressing a conference in Moscow.

He underlined that Iranian and Russian officials have strong determination to broaden their bilateral ties.

‘Iran and Russia are developing their scientific, academic and technological relations,’ Sanayee added.

Every year in IRAN expends so much money to provide 300Tons EBDH Catalysts for PPC (Pars Petrochemical Complex in the south of IRAN) SM production unit and 65Tons EBDH catalysts for Tabriz petrochemical SM production unit. These catalysts cost more than 70$M. and during IRAN’s embargo, we provided these catalysts by tender process customary, but just One China Company joined tender process, in spite we inquired some other companies to participate in tender process. These catalysts are unsupported catalysts and needs to be replaced every year, and cannot be recovered.

It should be noted that at now in IRAN we don’t have EBDH catalyst production unit and every year we have to Import this catalysts. The company will be the first one in IRAN and so the entire region.
