‘Given Iran’s advances and scientific capacities, Iran has good capacities for investment,’ Hellmann said Friday on the sidelines of the Third International Pharmaceuticals Congress hosted by Shahr-e Kord.
He said that Iran has many capabilities and capacities for advancement and the papers that have been presented by Iranian researchers to this congress shows that the Iranian researchers are at a good scientific level.
‘There are many people in Germany who are willing to be present in Iran and they have scientific exchanges with Iranian researchers; we expect that these exchanges to be prepared more than any time before,’ Hellmann added.
He said that several joint ventures between Iran and German companies have taken place.
Dinesh Sharma who is in Tehran along with an Indian commercial delegation told IRNA Friday that the company is currently importing these products from Iran.
He further noted that the company used to import raw materials from Iran and it also imported the materials from Iran indirectly in times of sanctions.
The official said that establishment of a factory producing materials needed by Kesar will ensure a secure supply of raw materials for the company.
Iran can also promote its production through joint foreign investments and transfer of technology, generate jobs and attain a sustainable production and income, he said.
‘No deal has so far been signed, but we will propose it to the Iranian side,’ he said, noting that removal of sanctions has provided an opportunity for direct talks with the Iranian firms.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his recent trip to Tehran along with President Hassan Rouhani attended signing ceremonies of 12 cooperation deals on banking, ports and trade.

The corridor is the closest access to countries including Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan that are located in the Central Asia, he said.

Speaking to IRNA on the sidelines of an exclusive South Korean exhibition in Tehran, Lee said that his company is ready for any kind of cooperation with Iran.

Speaking to IRNA, Deputy Vice Governor of the Lombardy region Fabrizio Sala, who is visiting Iran as a member of the European House-Ambrosetti delegation, said that Lombardia has enjoyed prolific cooperation with Iran in the framework of international agreements.
The value of trade transactions between Iran and Lombardy region reached 400 million euro in 2015, he said, adding the figure indicates a 20-percent increase compared to the same period in the previous year.
